Plain-language summary of how we handle your information.
Last updated: October 2026
What we collect
When you send the quote form, we collect what you type in (your name, phone number, email if you give it, town, the job, best time to reach you, and your description) and any photos you choose to attach. Our web host also keeps standard technical logs, like your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and stop spam.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, give you a quote, schedule and do the work, and follow up with you about it. We may call, text, or email you about your request.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
Where it’s kept
Your request is stored in a private, password-protected contact list that only SCG Electric uses, on our web host’s servers. A copy is emailed to us when you send the form. Photos are stored privately and are not posted publicly.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete your information, call (207) 713-8102 or email scgelectric.me@gmail.com.
